December 4th is rapidly approaching, and we are very excited.  At the Ritz-Carlton Club & Residences, Kapalua Bay we will be holding our first Maui Amuse-Bouche Challenge.  An Amuse-Bouche is one delectable bite of the best in culinary imagination.  The personal and private chefs from Sneak Peek Eats will be preparing one Amuse-Bouche each based on the theme 'Maui with a Twist'.  This is a fun spirited event designed to gear everyone up for the holiday season.  The available guest seats have already been filled, but we'll have a live web broadcast so you can get a taste of the action.
