Aloha all. I just spent the weekend Malama Aina (working the land) in Nahiku, Maui. There are many new organic farms ready to produce local fresh organic high alkaline foods for your enjoyment. To the folks outside of Maui and on the mainland please look for local organics in your area and support farmers markets. Demand local organics. Hire a chef and the farm too!
